Casa Sant Joan offers two entrances to the house: at street level through the main door or from the closed and private garage with capacity for two medium-sized cars where there is also a storage room to store skis or bicycles.

On the ground floor we find a small hall with a wardrobe that leads us to the first floor with a bathroom with shower, a bedroom with access to the balcony, a bathroom with shower and bidet en suite and a double bed with a built-in wardrobe and a second room with access to the balcony, built-in wardrobe and two single beds.

On the second floor we enter the spacious living room with a 75” Smart TV with high sloping ceilings with wooden beams, which communicates with the open-plan kitchen with a bar.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, kettle, toaster, juicer, blender, Nespresso coffee machine, raclette, pressure cooker and all the necessary accessories to cook at home: salt , pepper and spices, oil, vinegar, dishwasher tablets, liquid dish soap, scouring pads, rags, napkins, kitchen paper, baking paper, aluminum foil…

The living room has access to a balcony with chairs, a bench and a table to have a drink while enjoying the spectacular views of the valley, the town of Canillo and the Roc del Quer viewpoint. Next, a door separates the day area from a small night area composed of a third room with three single beds, a large built-in wardrobe, a bathroom with high ceilings with wooden beams with a bathtub and bidet, another toilet with an independent sink area and a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, sink, ironing board, iron, a clothesline and all the necessary details for cleaning and drying clothes: clothespins, powder detergent, gel for delicate clothes, stain remover and fabric softener.
